Arrival and Departure day is always a Saturday
A deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 2 weeks before
arrival or in cash when checking in.
The deposit will not be returned in case of cancellation.
There is a flat-rate cleaning / laundry fee of € 170.00 per visit.
Tourist Tax is €2.00 per day per person for adults (over 16 years of age)
There is a security fee of €200.00 which will be returned on the day of departure if no problems are found.
If extra cleaning is desired during your stay, then please inform us in good time so that we can organise our cleaning staff (cost of €150.00 will be charged directly on the spot).
The air conditioning is not included in the rental price. The price in July/August with normal use is approx. €6.00 per day (€ 0.30 /KW - separate meter).
