We do not differentiate between 2, 4 or 6 persons, adults or children
A deposit of 25% is due at the time of booking, the balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
There is a flat-rate cleaning / laundry fee of € 150.00 per visit.
For a dog, a fee of € 10,00 per day will be charged.
There is a security fee of €250,00 which will be returned within 14 days of departure if no problems are found.
If extra cleaning is desired during your stay, then please inform us in good time so that we can organise our cleaning staff (it will be charged directly on the spot).
